missing data - data not received

To purchase more data bundles, dial *111#.</p> <p>On the 25/03/2017 I purchased a six months data bundle but did not receive data. After contacting hello peter. I received a twelve month data package and I thank vodacom for that.</p> <p>On the 26/04/2017 I ran out of data and decided to buy another data bundle then I should receive 200 kb data a month I got this stupid, 0kb message again and did not receive any data after contacting hello peter again and phoning vodacom 5 times STILL NO DATA. I had two replies from vodacom but they keep on referring two the twelve month bundle and not the second six month bundle purchased on the 26/04/2017.</p> <p>In above message you will see vodacom sms that the twelve month data is finished above one clearly see this is not the case.</p> <p>I am sick and tired of fighting with vodacom and if problem not solved I will move to mtm .</p>
