Missing Data and Airtime

On the 21/08/2017 ,I loaded R12 airtime.R5Airtime and 29Airtime and used R16.00 airtime to purchase 100MB data (7days data),After getting a purchase confirmation ,I then subscribed to Vodacom's Meg your day service that offer free 1gb Facebook on Monday.

The same night Vodacom experience "Data and Airtime dissapearance" from their subscribes and i was affeceted by the error my airtime and data was gone and I've spent 45 min trying to get through theri call centre to address the matter with no luck. We are aware that vodacom has identified the problem and they are planing to reimburse their customers

Today is the 22/08/2017 and i have only recieved my airtime and not my Data and now I cant do anything with the amount of airtime available to me and to access the internet Vodacom charges me R2.00 per MB yet they took my 100MB data and you haven't reimbuirsed me my data and now i'm losing more money because of your inconvinience.

1. I want my data back. 2.Will you reimburse me the R2.00's I lost because of your incompetence 3. Dont tell me that you are aware of the problem and you are attending to it ,while i'm losing airtime yet you stole my data.

VODACOM I WANT MY DATA AND AIRTIME REIMBURSED NOW!!!!!!!!!
