missing data and airtime

This morning I tried to use my phone as a hot spot to connect to the internet through my laptop. My airtime of R190 together with my data disappeared when I switched on the wifi. I called Vodacom immediately and was told to call back after an hour. I spoke to thato kgwele at 11:39 who was unable to answer my questions. I kept on telling her that I was unable to connect to internet at all. I need answers where my missing airtime and data disappeared too
