MISSING DATA
I WAS SOLD A 20 GIG DATA CONTRACT - 10G DURING THE DAY AND 10 AT AFTER 12MIDNIGHT. FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF MONTHS THIS DATA DEPLETES BY THE 12TH/ 13TH OF THE MONTH! I cannot see how this is possible given that I hardy ever download apps or upgrade them. Furthermore, I never use my router wifi during the day as I am connect to my work wifi. I need solid answers please as this is ridiculous and amounts to theft.

Please monitor/check your usage device via settings>data usage>check applications below graph that used your data. (Lookout for data traffic).
You can also load a third party application called My data manager from play store/app store. This application will record applications using data as well as the amount of data being used (going forward).
