Missing Data

30 November 2015 at 08:21 am I got an sms saying I have 4.03MB remaining of my data bundle. 08:22 Data bundle depleted. I load 100MB at 11:21. 11:36 an sms that 5MB remaining almost immediately I get another sms that my data bundle has been depleted. When I call Vodacom, I am told that it's because my phone is connected to the internet, but my data was off. This is not the first time this is happening. I want my data reloaded.
