Missing contract details after Altech transfer costing me R3600

<p>I took out ADH premium cover for one free repair at Samsung after my phone screen cracked.</p> <p>Samsung will not accept the repair without the corresponding IMEI number. Altech contracts were taken over by Vodacom - my newest phone IMEI number does not appear on my proof of contract with Vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was forced to take my phone into a Vodacom repair center. Your repair quote is coming to R3600 as an out of warranty repair. I've only had the phone since February. Does mt ADH premium cover count for nothing? How am I responsible for a loss of data between you and Altech?</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been without a cellphone for almost a week now. So far my experiece with Vodacom is pretty bad.</p> <p> </p> <p>How will you even contact me to help with this? I have no phone. </p> <p>Terrible.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
