Missing components STILL not delivered

I received my upgrade via courier well over a month ago - 13 Feb.<br> <br> The box arrived with only the phone - no cover, no charger, no headphones, nothing else.<br> <br> Since, I have spoken to over 5 people each of whom have promised to look into this and resolve. The last call was 11 March wherein I was promised the delivery would hopefully be that very same day.<br> <br> Since then - nothing again.<br> <br> I will not be surprised if someone calls me YET again to establish *** is going on.
