Missing components STILL not delivered

You last responded 23/3. Its now almost the end of 2 months on my upgrade where I still have nothing from you but a handset. For 2 months you guys cannot get right the delivery of things I am paying for. Each time i complain someone calls me and needs time to investigate. I want my stuff this week still or please arrange collection of the handset and cancel my upgrade - as at it stands you are defaulting on your end of the agreement.<br> <br> Here's a summary:<br> Upgrade accepted<br> Parcel couriered<br> Box contains nothing but a handset - no SD card/No charger/no screen protector - JUST THE PHONE.<br> Multiple inquiries and complaints later - nothing rectified.<br> <br> ... and all the while you decide its time to start charging me more?!
