Missing bundles

I purchased and received confirmation that the vodacom chat for 30 promo bundle at 08:48 which allows me to call any SA network. I then called FNB *** immediately after receipt of the confirmation, however the bundle did not work and instead my remaining airtime was used up. This is frustrating because I did even finish my call with FNB and even if I recharge I won't be able to buy the bundle again today and maybe it won't even work again even if I buy it again.<br> <br> My issue is what's the point of selling something which cannot be used?
