Missing and counterfeit products

I am not in the habit of upgrading regularly and decided to upgrade about 1yr ago to the Samsung Galaxy A3. Last week I decided to take pics and download to the computer. I only ever use my digital camera for photo's never my phone. Saturday 19/03/16, I went to Blue Route branch to find out why I could not download and was told the cable I was using was only for charging and secondly not a Samsung product. I asked whether I should buy a sync cable and was told that I should have received one on upgrade. My details then needed to be taken and discussed with the person who handled my upgrade-LOL-whatever was this person going to say. I went home and returned with the Samsung branded charger and was told the same sorry story. I have been a customer with Vodacom for more than 15yrs and am disgusted with the treatment I received at this branch. Not only do they have extremely bad service but it seems they are in the habit of selling customers counterfeit products as well. Maybe the branch manager Mr Ebrahim Hardiner should come out of the hole he sits in all day and partake in managing the branch instead of the staff constantly running to the back office and leaving customers unattended
