Missing airtime/Ridiculous service
I had a balance of R160 before I went to bed, when I woke up I had R0.00. When I called vodacom to enquire about my airtime, I was told that their records showed that I had connected to the internet. Mind you, I've got wifi in my house and when I get home, my phone automatically connects to the wifi. And the phone that had airtime I'm not using at all. I've got three phones 2 contracts and 1 prepaid. I want my airtime asap.
