Missing airtime...AGAIN!!!

<p>Recharged with R100 on the evening of Tuesday the 25th of July. Please note that I work from home, and as a result have wifi ****ection with Afrihost, so I SWITCH MY DATA OFF WHILST AT HOME. This recharge took place at 20:51, and went to bed shrtly aftewards. Lo and behold, the next morning I notice that my balance is R87.63. What??? How did R12.37 disappear overnight? And this whilst my data was switched off?? No phonecalls, no text messages. I have taken screenshots of all of this. So, once again I go to bed last night, making 100% sure my data is off. This time I actually switched my entire phone off too. Imagine my surprise when my balance this morning is now R72.61!! Another R15.02 GONE!!!! THIS IS ******* VODACOM!!!! I AM GOING TO REPORT YOU TO THE SAPS!!! This is certainly not the first time this has happened. but this time I am documenting everything!! I want a refund of this money, as I havent even made use of this airtime but sitting almost R30 poorer for it. It may not be a lot of money to you, but if you are doing this to thousands of people every day, I would say this must classify as the biggest ******* SA has ever seen....</p>
