Misselling
I went to vodacom on the 20/03/2015 to replace my phone of which insurance approved, and when i got to Vodacom Reds Mall they told me that i need to pay R1423 for me to get a new phone of which is Blackberry Z3 and when i called insurance to find out why am i paying R1423 for me go get a new phone of which i'm paying insurance for and i was told that i agreed to take a Blackberry Z3 and of which the lady never explained to me and i have to go back to vodacom and cancel the order that i ordered and the guy from the insurance said i can get Blackberry 9720 but that lady at Vodacom told me that 9720 is out of market all over at Vodacom shops and when i check their catalogue is being advertised,is vodacom training their people for missellng so that they can make money out of their customers by feeding them with wrong information,I need an answer and the right one and im stuck without a phone, i cannot wait for ever while they still deciding what they need to do.
