BONGIWE you are one of the agents at many cellular cervices that do your department good, good, intelligent and most friendly customer handling. I myself worked with the public at receiption, and if you're not a peoples person, youve had it. Not so with BONGIWE. I have nothing to gain by bringing presenting her into the publick eye and VODACOM.COM. but I need to give you my heart felt thanks at the way you handled yoursef. An aggressive sales lady with a good intention to present me with good advice and at the same time promote a option rathan the termination I called for. Bravo BONGIWE you had both the client AND Vodacom's interest in hand. Lastly, I'm with VODACOM for so long, and I'll remain for many more.
