Misrepresented

I wanted to cancel my contract but was then successful convince by Christina Dyosini who pursuaded me to take out a uChoose Flex 110. She quoted to me the fees and on top of the freebies like sub airtime I requested her the additional freebies. In her e-mail of 28 October she quoted free CLI and MOST IMPORTANTLY 500 MB. Upon enquiries I discovered I only have free airtime. The agent even mentioned that if I have an e-mail proving my negotiations then the contract is *******<br> <br> This morning I follow-up with her but as with the contracting she failed to even acknowledge my mail.<br> <br> I also got a TOP DOG voucher with the upgrading. How fitting as it seems the misrepresentation is indeed that.<br> <br> I want the contrcat as I agreed and failure to do so will simply mean I wont pay until it is fix. You let me act like a vicious dog now.<br> <br>
