misrepresentation (wrong product)

I went to Vodacom in savannah mall in Polokwane to buy a router for my daughter cash and a consultant named Julliet Senosha convinced me into taking a contract of R229 pm..surprisingly she did a different contact altogether..she signed me on an open line contract without my knowledge and consent for the open line product ..first month Vodacom didn't debit my account I went to the store to ask why they didn't debit their amount of R229 as agreed, when she checked my account I had a balance of over R3000 that was due to them I then requested for my contract to be cancelled the consultant said she will cancel but she still didn't cancel because now they say I must pay R6000 and they have handed over to their pre legal team..iv been going to the store almost everyday but no one assits me I don't know what to do anymore..all I want is my name to be cleared and stop debiting my account
