Misrepresentation - Orange listing on Credit Rating

Good day

I had a query on my account ********** , where there was a new contract that was taken on which I reversed but I see I have been orange list on Credit rating. The problem was with your customer service, as I was given a new contract that I did not approve off. I had to go to the branch to get the new contract and paid up all nuisances. Please check my account and get my credit listing corrected. You are quick to black list people without checking your facts. Send me the updated credit rating asap.
