Misrepresentation of services and products / Poor Service

Vodacom advertises Apple products ( like i-pad Pro 10.5) but are unable to actually provide this. No stock at any branch. No idea of expected shipment delivery. 2 to 6 month waiting period for stock. This is false advertising. If they can't supply the product, they shouldn't be claiming they can. Found what I want at I-Store (in stock). Unable to have contract finalized there, due to useless service from Vodacom, which is unable to change surname of my wife in less tan 24-48hrs. 2hrs drive back to JHB to get my device, if Vodacom eventually does this, as no closer I-store in my area. Unacceptable!
