Misrepresentation of information by vodacom consultant

On Friday 8 May I received a call from a vodacom consultant who advised they could lower my monthly costs and offered 2 devices for free. He also advised his manager would call me to confirm the deal. I did not receive a call from his manger.I received the devices and now vodacom sends a quote advising I must pay for the devices. this was not the agreement with the consultant.he misrepresented information to me. Please take your devices as I have not used them.I asked for a reference number and he said the calls are recorded no reference number.
