Misrepresentation of Contract Terms and Loss of Benefits

Dear Vodacom,

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the handling of my Black Friday deal. I was sold a 36-month contract with unlimited minutes and MyGig 10 for 24 months. However, after the initial contract, a representative contacted me and misled me into believing it was an open line, stating I wouldn't have unlimited minutes and would pay extra. I argued that my contract included unlimited minutes, but they convinced me otherwise. I've since lost my benefits. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue with various Vodacom stores and requesting call recordings, the matter remains unresolved. If I'm not entitled to the original benefits, I'd like to cancel my contract as it's no longer worth having. I request your urgent attention to this matter.

Sincerely, Hendrik

Dear Vodacom Consumer Website Team,
Re: Misrepresentation of Contract Terms and Loss of Benefits
Thank you for your response. I appreciate your acknowledgement of my complaint. However, I would like to express my concern that a consultant will be contacting me "in due course" to assist with my query. As I have already mentioned, I have been in touch with various consultants from different Vodacom stores and have not received a satisfactory resolution to my issue.
I would appreciate it if you could provide a more specific timeline for when I can expect a consultant to contact me, as well as a clear plan of action to address my concerns. I would also like to request that the consultant who contacts me is aware of the details of my case and is empowered to make decisions to resolve the issue.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Hendrik

Dear Consumer Website Team,
Thank you for your prompt response and for escalating my query to the relevant department. I appreciate your efforts in assisting me.
However, I have reviewed my account and noticed that the 36-month incentive has not been correctly app****. The incentive does not align with the terms of my 36-month contract, and the expected benefits are not reflecting as agreed upon.
I kindly request that this matter be revisited to ensure the incentive is correctly loaded in line with my 36-month contract. I would appreciate an update once the necessary adjustments have been made.
Thank you once again for your assistance and continued support.
Kind regards,
Hendrik Booysen
