Misrepresentation & charging for returned product
On 30/09/2015 a Vodacom agent phoned me and convinced me to agree to an add-on-line (extra contract). She claimed that a \credit-card"sized device is used as a mobile hotspot and can be linked to your cellphone or any other device.
