Misrepresentation; breach of contract; theft.
(Hellopeter keep having me create new accounts instead of allowing me to edit my details, so this is yet again a new account).
I'm going to have to supply a few facts you'll need in order to solve this problem, so please think before you want to hassle me with your go-to questions: *I've lived on this same spot for 22 years - right in the center of all your towers - Northern Suburbs, Cape Town. *I have been a Vodacom customer for over 25 years. *I have two phones with two numbers on a private contract with Vodacom - both numbers are for data. *One is my personal phone+number; and the other is my business phone+number. *Both are together all the time; both are with me all the time. Medical reasons has me permanently 100% stationary. *Both phones' internal and external memories are under 50% capacity, with minimal apps loaded. *Both are rebooted daily. I haven't dropped them either. *It's not low-budget phones either, unless you call a R25,000.00 phone low-budget. *Your clever tricks of selecting networks manually; different modes, access points, roaming on/off; etc - has come to no difference. *I have never ever had any debt or any late payments in my entire life - not even to Vodacom.
Please tell me how this works with your network: The past several months now, only one number works at any given time. If one of the two numbers has data signal; the other doesn't. Then this one works and the other one doesn't; and suddenly it will shift the other way around; just to shift around again. I cannot even have a simple Telegram conversation without having to constantly switch between the two phones/numbers. Not to mention not getting any work done - a 100GB contract is pretty useless without Vodacom delivering the service per our written agreement. Do you understand what frustration this causes? I do not want to know what I would have done if I only had one phone.
A civil lawsuit for breaking contract with me is one thing; but are you willing to be held responsible for theft etc in ******** court? Having pro bono friends in high places, can make you bleed a little. Surely you do realize that a phone without data is a doorstopper, right? So is paying for a service, as per contact, that I'm not allowed to obtain. You are *****ing money without delivering your end of the written agreement.
It has gone on long enough - your disservice has become the rule; it is no longer the exception to the rule. I don't want your pity-data-gift to make up for not rendering a service - I simply want you to either: **cut me loose from an agreement you can't uphold; or **deliver the service.
Given the above information: (1)what do Vodacom say about this problem; and (2)by when can I expect FULL; consistent; quality data service from Vodacom?
Contact me via email as you may have a hard time bypassing the firewalls.
Regards.
