Misrepresentation and use of third party that doesn't not understand Vodacom products

I had a cell phone contract with Vodacom for 24 months period. That particular contract was suppose to come to an end sometime around November if not December 2021. I have called vodacom upgrade and cancellation department to cancel the contract. Just like other network service providers the consultant told me about the special that Vodacom was running for December and convinced me to take up a new deal. The deal was a bargain which I agreed to take for yet another 24 months period. The deal encompasses R65 airtime, 250 minutes and 20G Data. On the 1st January 2022 Vodacom allocated/credited my account with all mentioned benefits above. On the the 1st of February 2022 Vodacom only allocated/credited my account with just R65 airtime and 250 minutes, 20G data was not allocated. On the 7th February 2022, I then contacted Vodacom to find out why the 20G data was not allocated. I was told that the 20G data was just a once off thing but not part of the package. After explaining my story as to how I was advised, the consultant said to me the consultant who previously assisted me might have forgotten to include the 20G data package on my contract to run monthly instead of once off period. He has however sent the request for allocation. He further said going forward the 20G data will be allocated into my account on monthly basis. On the 11th February 2022 Vodacom allocated/credited my account with 20G data, however on the 12th February 2022 Vodacom removed the 20G data. On the 14th February 2022 I called Vodacom again to find out why the 20G data was removed from my account. I was told that the 20G is not part of the package it was just a once off thing. Apparently the consultant who sold the package to me is from a third-party company contracted by vodacom. The consultant further explained to me that the third-party guys which are the ones who sold me the package are saying they do not have the record of them saying to me the package sold out to me has 20G data offer, it was just a once off thing. I then requested the consultant to ask for the recording of that particular call of when I agreed to take out the offer. She said she is unable to do that the only option I have is to take a new contact or cancel the current one. This is pure misrepresentation because there is no way I would have agreed to accept the offer. I would Vodacom to investigate this matter and keep up to their promise by giving me what I approved when the deal was made.
