Misrepresentation and unfair treatment by Vodacom

I spoke to Vodacom on the 20/02/2025 @ 13:07 to cancel my one data contract that I have been paying for 3 years but never used. I was adviced that cancellations can only be done in June but they can migrate in the meantime to make sure that I pay a lower premium in the meantime. I specifically asked on numerous occasions if this will impact my cancellation in June and was adviced no. When calling in to cancel I was informed that this is now not a migration but a new contract that will only expire in Jan 2027 and if I want this cancelled I need to pay an amount of R1435.37 as it is early termination. I specifically asked for them to draw the conversation and put me through to the person that I spoke to and was then informed that it was a Third Party company that assisted me Called Comet Technologies and now apparently not Vodacom Directly. The Number they provided me for this company doesn't even exist. As a client of Vodacom for more than 20 years I am shocked at the bucket being passed and blame shifting. I want this contract cancelled as was agreed upon as my relationship is with Vodacom and not with a third party company. It is their responsiblity to manage the relationships they have with other companies and I feel strongly that I am being victimized and that my wishes should be adhered to. They should follow this up, draw the conversations and keep the person responsible for this unauthorised upgrade and not penelize me as the client and expect me to sort it out with a company who's number does not exist. So basically my only options that I was give is keep on paying for another 2 years or pay the "early Exit Penalty" as mentioned above. I need Vodacom to cancel this contract with immediate effect as it is their fault that I was not able to give my 30 day notice on the 1st of June when the contract was up "originally" for cancellation and take the penalty charge off. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM, I am the client here and will not be held responsible for agents just wanting to make commission.
