Misrepresentation

On the 19 January 2023, I went to Game Centurion to upgrade my cellphone contract on existing contract not a new contract. I was served by the Vodacom employees within the store to upgrade my contract and I also confirmed to them that I am not taking a new contract just upgrading my already existing contract and we were both in agreement for the transaction. It took a bit longer to be helped as the two Vodacom employess only one had access to renew the contract on the system and she was apparently on lunch had to wait for an hour for to return so we could do my upgrade. As a result of the delay the lady that helped me offered me a free Vodacom sim card with R70.00 airtime as token for my patience for the delay in their part. To my surprise I was billed for that sim card and I have called Vodacom Customer Services to get the invoice reversed but I was tolded on the store can do that and I must get to the store to cancel that invoice. I called the store and was told they had to invoice me with that sim card since I took a deal with two cellphones. Now Vodacom is sending countless sms saying I owe them R150.61 and if I don't pay or make payment arrangements they will cut my services.
