Misrepresentation
I did an upgrade via Vodacom webpage on 30/11/2018 and on the webpage it stated the price include the selected device, now I am being charged R210 on top of the quoted price that included the selected device , I phoned Vodacom twice already and received two ref numbers , on both I did not receive feedback only that it has been resolved and admin fee removed which was another query as I got charged an admin fee as well. I made copies of the webpages when I upgraded and will send it to the Ombud as well.

31 Jan 2019, 09:23You will not believe this. Someone from Vodacom phoned me now to tell me to phone the accounts department to sort out this issue. I mean Get REAL !!! I'll contact the Ombud yes !!!
