Misrepresentaion of phones sold

I was telephonically phoned by vodacom sales to upgrade my existing contract. They the sold me a Huawei P40 phone indicating that it does not have Google Playstore. They indicated that it had Huawei Appgallery. When I received the phone, I found out that this means NO Google Apps are available, not even Google Maps, which I used daily to navigate have received the phone on 18 Feb, but did not have any time due to work pressure to switch the phone on to check it out until today 14 march. I have called the Upgrade department(***) as advised by the Customercare department and directed me to ***, which apparently is the delivery department. They stated that I can't return the phone or exchange it for a phone because it is longer than 14 day after delivery. The phone is useless to me if I can't navigate. This is misrepresentation of the deal. They did not tell me I can't get to any Google apps AT ALL! I want to return the phone and get another phone that does have Google Maps on.
