Misquotation of contract cancelation results in summons
I canceled my contract a few months ago after calling the customer care number to find out how much I owe I made that payment and all seemed well. Today, I receive summons for an amount I know nothing about. Please make it make sense. Go back to your recording, go back to the emails you sent me with the amount that you said I owe and check how much I paid then let me know if this makes sense to you. And how dare you send me summons without even calling me first to let me know that I owe something or send an email with an invoice, you jumped straight to summons.
