MISLED INTO CONTRACT AND REFUSE TO REFUND MONEY

In November 2016 a male person called me and approach me with Vodacom high Data costs and they wanted to reward the existing data contract customers and they want to offer me my existing data contract of 1GB to extent it to 5GB per month and the cost of R199 will stay the same. He also offer me a rooter. I accepted the offer and they delivered it. I struggled to activate the rooter and after about 4 calls to Vodacom a lady did investigate and told me that this is a NEW contract. I immediately cancelled it and I returned the package back with RAM to Vodacom. They did confirm they received the package. End of November there was no problem on my debitorder but from end December they deducted the R199 from my bankaccount. I phoned in on 30 December and logged my problem with them. From there I phoned in every week to vodacom and already spoke to sales dept, customer care, solutions and cancellations departments. I spoke to Andrew who promised that he will see to a solution for the query. Nothing happened. On 13 Januarya lady - Phendile- told me she can see on the system that I struggled since 30 December with the query but she can see the contract is cancelled and that I must give 1 week and phone in ********** for the refund. I did so and a guy told me that he will take it to his floor manager and contact me back. On 31 January they deduct again extra R199 from my account. I phoned on 2 February and spoke to guy at ********** who referred me to a lady by the name of Cherise. She informed me that she will take the query to the floor manager again and will contact me. Till now nothing. I am for more than 4 years an loyal contract member of vodacom and have no problem with their debitorder system or their customer service but now what must I say now............? All I want for them is to cancel that contract from inception because they did receive their goodies back and refund me my money. How difficult can it be??????????
