Misled by sales agents, overcharged, and my credit score is now affected. This issue has been ongoing since 1 June 2025 and still hasn’t been resolved — unacceptable!

I was misled by your sales agents in May 2025. I asked a very clear question before agreeing to migrate two of my numbers – whether my payments would increase, decrease, or stay the same. I was promised they would decrease. Based on this assurance, I accepted. Instead, my fees were increased without disclosure. When I noticed this on 1 June 2025, I immediately requested to revert to my old plan and was assured the migration fees (±R800) would be waived (Ref: ***). Now almost three months later, this issue is still unresolved. My account continues to reflect incorrect charges, contract cover I never requested was added, and my account has even been suspended. On top of that, I was billed an extra R800 (Ref: ***). Even worse, I’ve had cases closed without proper resolution, forcing me to open yet another request (Ref: ***) — still with no result. This shows a complete lack of accountability and follow-through. All of this has now negatively impacted my credit score — through no fault of my own. I know my correct instalment is R2,613.41, which I am willing to pay, but I will not accept hidden charges, misleading sales tactics, and ongoing poor service. I expect: • Immediate reversal of all incorrect charges, • Removal of unauthorised contract cover, • Restoration of my services at the correct monthly amount (R2,613.41), and • Correction of my credit record. This has been going on since 1 June 2025 with multiple unresolved cases. Closing tickets without fixing the issue is not a solution. This is extremely poor service and needs urgent action.
