Misleading website, avoid buying through VODACOM DIRECT
Vodacom direct have marketed a device as IN stock on their website only for me to discover, after ordering it, that the device is actually OUT of stock.
That is misleading and unacceptable in itself but what is worse is that nobody at the call centres seems to have any idea when they can fulfil my order.
The people at ***4 told me to call ***. When I called ***, they told me to call ***4.
I am being pushed from pillar to post.
I would like my order fulfilled.
