Misleading vulnerable clients is unacceptable
I have been mislead by an agent who assisted me in starting this contract in July 2020.
I did not qualify for the phone I wanted because of my credit score and she advised me to get the Vivo contract and after 90 days I will be eligible to upgrade as Vodacom wants to see if I do indeed pay my debit orders.
I go to IStore and Vodacom shop yesterday as I knew my 90 day ends at the end of the month and was informed that this was indeed a lie.
I would not have taken the contract if I was under the impression that I had to keep this phone till 2022.
I do not want to continue paying for a phone I don’t want, and because I was coerced into this
