Misleading Vodacom SMS'S.

I recently started receiving sms's from Vodacom or business's associated with Vodacom. The Sms states that you are subscribed to a certain service of which you have never subscribed to. It cost me money, and a lot of effort to cancell one of my 'subscriptions' that i didnt subscribe to or may of accidentally subscribed to via the ********* Vodacom sms. I also have a Capitec Connect sim card, and it made it almost impossible to contact Vodacom direct to cancel this subscription. I believe thet the wording of this Vodacom sms is both confusing and ********* to anyone that receives it. I have screenshots of the Sms's from Voda-con, sorry, i mean Vodacom.

I do not want a vodacom consultant to contact me regarding my complaint. It would be nice to know how many other Vodacom users experience this same issue.
