***** misleading unprofessional don't be caught i want CEO to call me!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all be careful I app**** for cell phone contract prepaid up for 24 months never my contract next day i queried the matter was informed i was put on 36 months contract open line logged complaint and requested a call nothing was sent they avoid emails and when you ask to speak to manager they never avail . its a week now i have being calling and even requested the CEO to call me i even emailed the company sectary no response. I cant understand how they treat new clients be careful don't be victim of misleading and ***** on top it she never asked me to confirm account number. I have emailed again this morning no response
