Misleading Trading hours

I find it strange that the trading hours dont match with how people operate, i went to mall of Tembisa @ 5 PM i found the doors closed as i saw trading hours saying 6PM i was never assisted as i was told that they are closed because they are full then i called the vodacom call centre they still refer me back to the same branch what kind of the service is that.
