Misleading the client

Upon upgrading our Vodacom contract on 12/12/2015, Dean assisted us in store. He neglected informing us on the Topdog Edu voucher we were supposed to receive, as well as gave us a Xqisit Headset instead of the Skull Candy Headset option that was part of the December contract summer deal. When we got home we noticed a Xqisit Headset Package with a SkullCandy sticker with barcode on. Upon phoning the store on Sunday 13/12 Dillan answered the phone and requested that we come to the store to correct above mentioned mistakes. When we got at the store, Dillan gave us the Topdog Voucher but said that Scull Candy Headsets were out of stock. Dean wasn't working that particular day. Upon contacting Dean on 14/12 and questioning him about the wrong headphones marked as SC, he said that the Xqisit ones are better than SC &amp
