Misleading specials and deals being advertised

I see and add for a 2 iPhones for 350 a month and ofcause I app**** for this contract just to be contacted and told I can only get 1 iPhone for 309 . Which makes no sense .so I question whether this was just a misleading add to capture clients attention . I then contact them to explain what is happening and days later still no response. Where as the very next day after I app**** they could contact me to tell me I am approved one phone . It's been weeks now and still no feedback .
