Misleading services on fibre by vodacom

Terrible service and arrogant consultants. I was contacted and offered a fibre deal.Gave my notice,the router was delivered and i informed them that i cannot be without internet as im working from home.They promised me no problem. Confirmed again when my cut off with previous ISP will be and was promised that i will have connection by 8:30.Nothing happened,Now they telling me about 48 hours,both manager and consultant are arrogant and inform me nothing they can doo
