Misleading sale of contract
February or March 2015 I received a call from a telesales consultant from Elite Mobile wanting to sell me a Vodacom phone contract. She said that this was a new offer which will reduce my existing contract fees to R149 p/m, I then told her that I do not have a Vodacom contract and that I am with a different service provider. She assured me that it does not matter and that my existing monthly bill will be reduced, I asked her about three times how this is possible and she assured me that it will (Does not make sense to me either). Anyway, with that assurance and keeping in mind that this entire conversation was being recorded, I agreed into a contract.

Once I received the handset, I never opened or used it for a month as I wanted to see the debit orders at the end of the month, as this was really too good to be true. Month end came and my existing bill was debited as well as the Vodacom bill along with four other debits amounting to R166.00 which I never agreed to. The total amount debited for Vodacom came to R315.00. PLEASE CHECK SECOND \MISLEADING SALE OF CONTRACT 2"FOR CONTINUATION"""
