Misleading retention agents
I have be struggling to cancel my Vodacom contract for the past 3weeks,as the agents at the cancellation department refused to cancel my contract, two days ago I called and begged to cancel but still no luck instead I was convinced to renew then I spoke to an agent who said he will offer me a phone that is a dual SIM with a free micro SD card,, as I'm using 2 numbers, I then agreed as I had no other choice, to my surprise when the couriers delivered the phone it's actually not a dual SIM and there was no SD card in the box as they promised?? apparently Vodacom doesn't have dual SIM phones. I was misled and made a fool by Vodacom once more, I'm am taking this matter to the ICASA I can't be bul**** and misled by Vodacom like this

I am writing this review with utmost pain and dissatisfaction, my query is still not resolved all thanks to VODACOM and RAM couriers.
I regret the day i agreed to continue with Vodacom, and to think that i wanted to cancel my contract but they convinced me to stay, little did i know that I will turn into Vodacom and RAM's toy that they play around with.
I am on my knees pleading with my fellow South African that if you want peace in your lives, stay away from VODACOM and RAM couriers as i am a living testimony that involving yourself with them your life will change for the worse.....
