Misleading promotions advertised in catalogue
I am due for my upgrade and have decided to opt for a sim only deal. The catalogue is advertising a apple I watch for R329 per month. I was told this deal can only be taken out if I upgrade to the iPhone 8 or X. No where in the book does it state this. It simply states ‘accessories to amp up your apple device’. This is false advertising as it doesn’t state it can’t be added to a sim only contract as I have read the terms and conditions on page 53. Please advise where else this could be stipulation in the catalogue and if it isn’t then this deal had to be offered to me. You cannot falsely advertise like this and expect customers not to be upset.

We note that the pamphlet does not give you the full cost, it states that you need to add the R329 per month (to the deals on the next page) unlike the other deals in the book.
