Misleading people to sign up for migration

In short, I was contacted by Vodacom for a migration and the agent on the call assured me I would pay less than my current fees, which is why I agreed to the terms. I repeatedly asked if she was sure I am going to pay less and she (in a laughing manner) said yes. So after the call ended, I emailed Vodacom to make sure about this. They never responded on this. I just feel like I was misled into taking this as now it seems I am paying extra for data which I dont need. All I wanted, was to pay less on my contract as I dont have the financial means to pay more.

Summary of events: I first emailed Vodacom on the 19th of March with no response. I then proceeded to call them to have an investigation done as nobody responded to my inital email. (Ref of the call was 207846) I was then contacted by a Vodacom representative on 3rd of April who said that she understands where I am coming from but that my contract was valid as I agreed to T&C at the end of the call and actually also whilst I was still talking to her, she ended the call. I never heard back from them. I then proceeded to write an email to them, hoping that we can resolve the matter but to date, I have not received any responses. (I also followed up on that email on the 18th of April)

All I want, is to be treated fairly and my contract to be restored to what is was before the migration as I was misled. Funny enough I only received the quote for the migration on the 3rd of April after I lodged a complaint. I feel If I saw this on the 19th of March when they phoned me, I would never have agreed to the price, as this is not what I was made to understand by the consultant who phoned me.
