misleading online site
<p>i ordered the iphone 7 plus at 10am on wednesday (30.11.2016) VIA VODACOM and the consultant said it was approved and processed will be delivered to me on Thursday. when i called RAM Couriers to confirm this they had told me it will be sent Friday(02.12.2016) . But on their vodacom website it clearly states for orders above R500, you qualify for next day delivery. This is abit misleading and i was told i would expect the delivery the next day as the cost of the phone is R779.00 PER MONTH. i called the vodacom sales department requesting why their webite is so misleading and not one of the consultants could understand what i was saying. My Question is fairly simple. WHY DOES IT STATE FOR ORDERS ABOVE R500.00 YOU WILL QUALIFY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY???????</p>

i am still awaiting the call from vodacom to explain to me why i still did not receive my phone as yet?
this is unfair as i have purchased way abouve the required amount, so please explain to me then why will i be debited 72hours prior to sale and again end of this month?
really i did not expect this kind of service. i have ordered stuff previously and did not experience this problem. i am now without a phone . and our offices close at 12 today and ram couriers cant even give me a time for delivery. so you tell me what do i do?
