Misleading Marketing on the Vodacom App

I bought 3000 minutes of voice calls for R299 on Vodacom and I can't make calls to any numbers EXCEPT for Vodacom numbers. On the App it DOES NOT SPECIFY that this is only for Vodacom to Vodacom minutes. If I could attach a screen shot of the page where it is advertised I would but there's no attachment option here.
