Misleading information: tricks into contracts without proper information

In October a lady from vodacom phoned me, and said she can give my current airtime for free. I initially wanted to upgrade with a better package. She said I could get my contract for a bit cheaper. She did not explain that would be for two years. You trust Vodacom to look after their customers and not trick them like this lady did.

On 15 Dec I questioned the contract and got a reference number ***. I got an sms that says the issue was closed on 16 December.

The consultant on 15 December was so kind to log a call for me. He also said that it is over a month and nothing can be done.

Vodacom is really misleading their clients and tricking them.

You don't have our interests at heart.

If you did you would have explained the terms of the new contract.

Why don't your people explain to us the terms of the contract????

No one phoned me to resolve the issue. I want this contract stopped. Will rather pay the bit more.
