Misleading information, deceiving sales agents.

Misleading information about the availability of devices both online and in the actual Vodashops at the Grove Mall. The device you want is always out of stock even though the online app shows it’s available. Sales assistant deliberately sold the device I’ve waited for 6 days right in front of my eyes to another customer. No ETA information about when the device will be back in stock. Absolutely appalling customer service.
