Misleading information

<p style="color: #555555;">Your website shows one day delivery when an order is placed before 12 midday and I did exactly that and when I call the call centre I was advised that delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Why do you place misleading information on your website is you not gonna keep your promise. The upgrade deal was a Valentine's day offer and I ordered it just before 8am on Monday the 13th expecting the have the handset on Valentine's day as the offer said surprise your loved one. </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">I spent an hour on the phone with your call centre and got no help at all. Staff like Sabia was very unhelpful she even refused to provide me with the team leader's name in her department. I need answers.
