Misleading information

On Friday 16/4/2021 I got a call from Gerhda Reddy from Vodacom wanting to upgrade my main number. I said I was not interested due to having 4 contacts already, I wanted to cancel some of the contracts to save money since I'm paying over R1200 per month. I told her I went to Vodacom The Grove in Pretoria wanting to cancel some of the contracts but the store told me to phone *** and gave me a printout that 2 contracts will be due for upgrade end of May and then I cancel the contracts. Gerhda told me that's not true and that the contracts can be cancelled, that she will send an email on Friday the 16/04/21 and then on Monday the 19/04/21 I must phone cancellations and it will be done. To my suprise when I phoned today 19/4/2021 cancellations dept, Itumeleng and Victor said it can't be done and their words were that she is lying. So Gerhda told me that she can reduce my costs from R1200 to R349 by cancelling 3 contracts and upgrading the 4th contract, I even received a new rooter today for the upgrade she did. So now cancellations don't want to cancel the rest of the contracts, meaning I'm going to pay now more for my contract to R1300, please keep in mind these contracts don't include any new phones nor rooters, it's just data contracts. So I'm highly disappointed in Vodacom, been with Vodacom now 15 years and this is how staff treat customers with incorrect and misleading information. I want a person in high authority to phone me and sort this out for me, please also listen to the telephonic conversation of Gerhda Reeder, I want the instructions that Gerhda said will be done to be carried out, if not then I will have to take further steps towards Vodacom with legal representation. My email is *** and number is ***. Hennie
