Misleading information

I took a 24 months cellphone contract with Vodacom on the 7th Aug.2013. I've been told the contract ends on the 7/8/2015. Vodacom started debiting my account in Aug 2013. This means my last payment should be in July (24 full months). I spoke to 4 agents one of them being Mandlamu (if that's her real name because she gave me a big fat ugly attitude) who couldn't answer why my account should be debited in Aug 2015. I was told by Nthabiseng that if I don't pay on 25 Aug my account will be handed over. This is after my contract has ended, as it ends on the 7th Aug. Why am I being forced to pay for the 25th month? I suggest Vodacom should stop misleading people by saying it's a 24 months but say 25/26 as I'm forced to be with them till September. I've had the worst experience ever with a cellphone network since I started using their number. I don't need their number after the end of my contract. Stop cheating people out of their hard earned cash. THIS IS ****************, I WANNA CUT TIES WITH ASAP.
