Misleading info and no response

On 29 May I went to vodacom blue route to upgrade my 2 Data Sim contracts to the 20gig for R99 package, the consultant told me I can't get the deal because of my current package and I would need it be on a higher package. He said the only way I can get the deal is if I take out the Data Sims as new contracts and then call customer care and cancel the 2 existing contracts, he said I would need to pay June only for the notice period in addition to the 2 new contracts, there after the 2 old contracts will fall away and I will then continue to pay for the 2 new contracts only. I called in the next day as he told me to and they told me I can't cancel without a penalty as the contracts are not due for cancellation yet and I need to take it up with blue route as this is misleading for him to have said that. I then called Morne the manager and he told me I can cancel with no

penalty as there is no handset involved and he would call me to come in and sign the papers to cancel the 2 contracts. He never called me, I called and left messages for him to call me Four times and still no call. One call the lady asked if she could help I explained to her and she said I can come in but have to pay the penalty, I told her I would rather speak to him as he said there is no penalty and he knows the story. I'm still waiting on his call, it's a more than a month later and the 2 contracts are still not cancelled. I currently have 4 data contracts on my name when I'm meant to have 2 data and one cell contract. I paid for the 2 old Sims end June like I was told and expect to not be paying one more cent on these contracts going forward. I need those 2 Data contracts cancelled and for Morne to ensure that I am not charged for them at the end of July. Really disappointing service.
